Dear friends, lovers and loiterers
It’s First Sunday, this Sunday, and so time for another wonderful wander together… except not quite.
Occasionally we do indulge in a little time slippage, and a few folk have been asking for an evening derive or a weeknight drift and so we will be meeting on Wednesday 4th October 6pm outside The Britons Protection on Great Bridgwater Street.
I hope you can join us for a deviation from our usual practice because we never want to become too predictable. This also avoids the issue of the Tory invasion during their conference and the reappearance of the deeply horrible ring of steel. Loiterers I have spoken to have been split between wanting to be involved with protests or provocations “inspired” by their presence, and those who want to keep as far away from them as possible. First Sunday will be back on First Sunday in November
As ever our explorations are free and open to anyone who wants to join us. The direction and pace of the walk will be guided by the collective, and we will stop for a drink and chat after around 2 hours.
